Sarah DeWitt, CFA, is the CFO of Marsh. Previously, Sarah served as the head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations at Marsh McLennan. She joined the company in 2019 as head of Investor Relations. In 2021, she also assumed responsibility for FP&A. In this role, Sarah was responsible for the firm’s financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and business decision support, as well as investor communications (including interactions with shareholders, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders) and the creation and dissemination of external financial communications. Sarah was ranked a top Investor Relations Professional from 2020 to 2023 in the Institutional Investors’ All-America Executive Team rankings.

Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Sarah was the senior U.S. property/casualty insurance equity research analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2014 to 2019. Sarah has 15 years of experience covering the property/casualty insurance industry as an equity analyst. Prior to J.P. Morgan, she covered the industry at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

Sarah earned her BA in economics and BS in finance from Providence College in 2003. She is a CFA charterholder.
