  • Review submissions and connect with employees: Employees submit their accommodation requests through Marsh’s online portal, including any required documentation. They receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule a virtual consultation with our specialists.
  • Optimize performance through personalized support: Our specialists continuously engage with employees to cater to their specific needs. We make immediate postural and environmental modifications and explore supplemental recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Recommend and order necessary equipment: Based on the consultation, our specialists provide recommendations for beneficial or necessary equipment. We document our findings and product recommendations in a report. We can initiate equipment ordering with your approved vendors or submit a product recommendation for your internal ordering process.
  • Conduct a thorough follow-up process: Our designated specialists follow up with employees at agreed-upon times to ensure their comfort, proper installation of equipment, and the effectiveness of adjustments. Once all needs are met, the file is closed.
