Marsh appoints Lindsay Roos CEO Bowring Marsh Bermuda
Christopher Reeves to remain Chairman
Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), today announced the appointment of Lindsay Roos as CEO, Bowring Marsh Bermuda, its Bermuda-based international placement specialist, effective immediately. Ms. Roos succeeds Christopher Reeves, who remains Chairman. She will report to Adam Russell, Head of Global Wholesale, Marsh.
Ms. Roos was most recently Chief Operating Officer and Casualty and Healthcare Leader for Bowring Marsh Bermuda. She has nearly 20 years of industry experience, all with Marsh, first as a casualty risk analyst before moving to Bermuda in 2013 to work in Bowring Marsh’s Excess Casualty Insurance Department.
Commenting on her appointment, Mr. Russell said: “Lindsay brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record in the industry, and terrific insurer relationships to the role. I am confident that her leadership will drive continued success in this critical market for our clients.”
