Leadership

Will is responsible for the leadership of Marsh’s captive domiciles in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. He is currently based in the UK; previously he led Marsh’s captive business in Malta and also spent seven years largely working with US clients in Bermuda.

Will has a wide range of experience of different captive structures including both offshore and onshore models, single parent captives, group captives, cell companies and SPV arrangements. Will has also worked with many third party insurers in setting up operations in captive domiciles. 

Prior to joining Marsh in 2004, Will worked with Deloitte in the UK.  Will is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and is an Associate in Risk Management with the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (Insurance Institute of America).
