Paul is the Global Head of FINPRO (Financial and Professional Practice) and leads over 1,600 colleagues in seven regions. The four key areas of expertise within FINPRO are professional liability, cyber, financial institutions and management liability.  FINPRO is Marsh’s largest Specialty business, placing annual premium of over $13bn.

Paul continues to advise some of the largest global corporations, professional service firms and financial institutions on how to develop innovative insurance programmes that address financial and professional exposures, including directors and officers liability, professional liability, cyber and related products.

Paul joined Marsh in 1989 and has spent his career working within Marsh’s FINPRO Practice focused on executive liability and professional liability lines of insurance. Paul worked in Marsh’s London office for twelve years, Boston for seven years, Chicago for seven years and New York for three years before moving back to Marsh’s London office in 2018.  Prior to Paul’s current role, he was CEO of FINPRO UK.
