Meet Eman

How has your education or previous work experience translated to working at Marsh?

My interest in performing for my current role at Marsh is deeply rooted. In many ways, I have been preparing for it through the work I accomplished to get ready to do the best job possible in this position including life experience, personal research, volunteer projects, and the ideal education.

How does Marsh support you in giving back to your communities?

Marsh empowers us to give back in the ways that are meaningful to us and make a difference in the moments that matter. I had the luxury to be part of so many meaningful events including partnering with Charity Committee for Orphan Care to create entertainment events for orphans. Marsh has many programs which include but not limited to volunteering, internship, and giving program. Recently, our President and CEO “John Doyle” along with the Executive Committee announced the support of relief efforts in Türkiye and Syria and to match colleague donations to select humanitarian aid organisations.

Tell us something important about your family or background that helped form the person and colleague you are today.

Growing up in a big family and seeing my parents working so hard every day to achieve their dreams that has a positive impact on me to never give up on any difficulties I face, work hard , give my best , and not to feel shy to ask for help and guidance if needed. Also, my father always thought us (me and  my siblings) the importance of education, work ethic and team work.

What is the most meaningful advice you’ve received?

The most meaningful advice I received is that ” work as in life, nothing is given on a silver platter” You have to work so hard to achieve your goals and dreams which seems hard, difficult and sometimes painful today, but you can make it your strength tomorrow.
