Melina Lemalie provides leads the National Operations team, ensuring teams across the business are supported with technologies to improve productivity and deliver exceptional service to clients. She also sits on the Marsh New Zealand Executive Committee.

Melina brings more than 15 years’ leadership expertise to her role, having managed corporate human resources and operations teams for various companies over the years. Throughout her experience, she has gained a deep understanding of implementing and using complex systems to enhance operations and deliver excellent service to clients. Melina has significant expertise overseeing people functions and human resources teams, and is passionate about supporting colleagues to thrive through boosting productivity and collaboration.

Melina has been with Marsh since 2021, where she first held the role of HR Leader for NZ, Fiji and PNG, before assuming her current position as Operations Leader in 2022.

She previously held a number of corporate managerial roles with Gentrack in New Zealand and DB Schenker in London.

Melina lives and works in Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau.
