He started his carrier as an administrator for the direct marketing business at Zurich Insurance Company Japan Branch in 1992.
He joined Johnson & Higgins (acquired by Marsh in 1998) in 1995 as an account executive for multinational corporations doing business in Japan.
In 2001, Marsh Japan launched its Life Science Practice Team, when he assumed the position as the leader of the team. He was in charge of global program of major Japanese and multinational pharmaceutical companies.
In 2005, he was transferred to Marsh New York and assumed the position as a senior relationship officer at Japan Client Services Division in New York. He was in charge of major Japanese corporations in east coast area.
In 2012, transferred Marsh Broker Japan as a client executive of Japanese multinational clients.
