We collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop customised rehabilitation plans designed to facilitate a smooth transition back to work. Our focus is on restoring function and confidence, ensuring that employees can perform their roles effectively. We also work with employers to modify job duties and provide necessary accommodations, promoting a supportive environment for recovery.

Return to work services – new employer

Our new employer services are designed to assist when someone is unable to return to their pre-injury role.  We can assist with the transition to new employment with our comprehensive suite of redeployment services that considers all biopsychosocial and employment factors specific to the individual and jurisdictional requirements.

Our redeployment services are made up of a range of modules including:

  • Assessment: The foundation of the model, ensuring ongoing focus throughout the programme.
  • Ready for Work: Addresses psycho-social barriers through motivational counselling, vocational counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy strategies, and health coaching.
  • Fit for Work: Enhances the candidate’s medical, physical, psychological, and functional capacity for work.
  • Retraining: Utilises external courses to upskill or reskill candidates to achieve vocational goals.
  • Workplace Preparation: Empowers the candidate with job seeking skills
  • Job Search: Assists the candidate to secure safe and durable employment
  • Durability: Ensures the employment placement process satisfies the 13-week period durability requirement.

A comprehensive suite of redeployment services will be delivered based on an initial triage conducted of the client at the assessment phase
