Ailsa King is Chief Commercial Officer, Marsh McLennan UK and CEO of Risk Management, Marsh. Joining Marsh in April 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer, where she works across the firm’s operations in the UK to lead the development of solutions to assist clients in mitigating the risk management challenges they face. Ailsa is also CEO of Marsh’s Risk Management Client Service Team, which serves the firm’s large and complex clients.

Charles sits on the Marsh UK Executive Committee, is a Member Nominated Trustee Director of the MMC UK Pension Fund, and co-Executive Sponsor of the Multicultural Network Colleague Resource Group.

Dr. Bev Adams leads the ESG and climate consulting services within Marsh’s Advisory practice. She is an internationally recognised specialist in property flood resilience (PFR) and adaptation, establishing Flood Re’s nationwide event response programme and driving change via the UK Government’s PFR Roundtable business adoption pathway. She worked for the World Bank before joining Marsh McLennan in 2012 and has a PhD in coastal risk management from University College London.

Brian Warszona is the Deputy Practice Leader for Marsh’s FINPRO Cyber, Media & Technology Practice in the UK. He is responsible for connecting the cyber expertise within the UK and globally to the different businesses within Marsh and enhancing client engagement through supporting the UK Cyber Practice.

Scott Stransky is Managing Director and Head of the Cyber Risk Analytics Center at Marsh McLennan. The Center was formed in mid-2021 to provide cyber modelling, thought leadership, and cyber analytics guidance across the MMC enterprise. He is a recognised speaker across North America and Europe on the topics of cyber insurance risk and catastrophe modeling.
