On Thursday, March 31, from 2:00 to 3:15 (EDT), Business Insurance will host a special Webcast: Supply Chain Crisis: Navigating Business Interruption Coverage and Claims After the Japanese Earthquake.
A panel of experts will examine what insurance coverages might respond to supply chain disruptions resulting from the Japanese earthquake, and what steps risk managers and business should take to ensure any losses are paid quickly and in full.
Duncan Ellis, U.S. property practice leader at Marsh Inc., and Linda D. Kornfeld, a partner at law firm Jenner & Block L.L.P. and a member of the firm's insurance litigation and counseling practice, for a discussion of the coverage and claims issues arising from the catastrophe in Japan. Attendees of the live webcast will have ample opportunity to ask questions of the experts. Questions that will be addressed include:
